I think Frank looks adorable. He'd just plucked his eyebrows weird (or not as much as usual). Or maybe that's just the weird illumination. Anyway, I love his facial expression, too cute. And...haiirrrrr. And Gerard cracks me up hahahahahahaha.

I like Frank's and Gerard's the most because they're usually all serious in photoshoots, so this is a good change. Wish Ray and Mikey were smiling or being silly too! (though they do look good anyway).

It never occurred to me that he plucked his eyebrows, haha. Maybe he did do something different. It just looks like the lighting is all weird and they picked a rather bizarre shot to put on the cover. He doesn't look like Frank to me. The hair is adorable though! Too cute. Gerard is such a funny duck :]

Yeah, it's good that they weren't all emo but happy in the shoot. Ray is just awesome by himself, he doesn't need to smile or anything to be super rad.
