(no subject)
Merch question.
I recently bought TBP LTD ED from mychemicalromance.com
I want to return it as there is a rip in the box.
It says that I have to email them before sending it back.
The thing is, I have tried emailing about 5 different addresses, including the one on the invoice, but they all come back to me saying that the email address isnt 'specific' enough to be stored.
And I cant phone them as I'm in New Zealand so by the time I phone the States and get served after being on hold, the call will cost as much as the merch did.
Anyone know the email for me to... um... email?
Also, will it cost me to send it back?
