According to online sources these pictures were taken backstage of Jimmy Kimmel's July 21st (like I said previously) and the band with Gerard is Buckcherry. As for the three women, they're strippers and they made an appearance on BC's video and they also perform on the band's concert.Pictures below:

Well the blonde is less creepy than I originally thought but it takes a while to get used to it. I miss his long black hair actually.
