MCR @ MoD on May 3
On Tuesday May 3, 2005 at 3 pm mountain time (Calgary), My Chemical Romance was on Much music's Much on Demand. It was actually just Gerard Way and Ray Toro. Gerard said he was flattered that fans have a crush on them just based on how they look in their videos. He also said that after seeing them live fans stop having crushes on them because they 'look horrific or put fake cuts on our faces' But not all girls base their crushes soley on how they look. Sure I think Gerard is gorgeous in the videos for 'Helena' and 'I'm not okay (I promise)' But he also looks damn good in pictures taken from live shows that MCR has done. He looks good, he's a great artist, I love his voice and what he says in there songs (All songs from both CDs) is all touching. I can't relate to all of it but like most, I can relate to the subject of heartbreak. But the fact that Gerard is so good looking is just a bonus and thats how it should be. I would like MCR whether I thought all the members of MCR are good looking or not... But I think they are all cute in their own way. So I think Gerard needs to meet more of his fans and find out what they think before he thinks that all girls will find them horrific at a live show... Because though I am a freak.. .my opinion matters just as much as the next person...
