Its become apparent to me how being vegetarian is a really good way (for me atleast) of watching the crap that I eat, and maintaining a healthy diet. Because the majority of take aways and junk food consist of some sort of meat/chicken (and extracts) there are alot of things I avoid.

I havent had any sort of mcdonalds type take away in a long time. For example; tonight El and I had take away, but it was indian, and it was fucking delicious. And not deep fried in animal fat.
We had pizza last week at some point, and holy crap did we regret it, not a minute into taking a bite.
It was quite literally dripping with grease, so much that it had dripped down my hand.
I got one piece into it and that was it, we couldnt it eat.

It was shit.

I just cant put that kinda crap into my body anymore.
Dont get me wrong though, we binge on other crap, like Hello Panda and Yan Yan. Oh and Dr Pepper.. mmm.
But weve cut out so much shit.
Even after these last few days of eating sugar filled shit and the like, I thought Id have put on weight, but nope.. Im at 49kg.
And Im happy at this weight, I feel its a good weight for me!

Anyways El and I went to Vebas on Monday, its in Oconner and its an aquarium place.
We went there because we were informed they sold sharks. And indeed they did!
They had one, it was an Epaulette or Lazarus shark.
It was about 30-40cm long and it was so beautiful.
This is my dream, I will one day have my own.
But to satisfy our pet hunger we went and bought some more fish and new decorations for my fighter tank!
There were two that caught our eyes immediately.

These decorations rock, roman ruins and a creepy tree surrounded by plants :)

Meet Glacius, he is mine! I named him that after the big strong icey dude from Killer Instinct

And this is Spectre, He is Els and we think he looks ghostly.
These pictures do no justice to his grace and ghostlyness.

And one more tank shot just cause I love it so much

There was a staffy at Pet Magic that absolutely melted our mighty hearts.
He was so excited for us that he ran straight into the glass window :(
If the timing had have been better, wed have gone home with a new staffy :P
