The other argument I've seen is that Mikey and Alicia can spend time together on the road.
Yeah, that's fine. 'Til Mikey's trying to have some quiet time with his girly and is more interested in her than a fan, and then he's the worst person in the world for not giving his undivided attention to some 14 year old in panda eyes and fishnets who's demanding an autograph.
Or let's wait til Mikey and Alicia try and have sex on the tourbus! I'm sure the rest of the band will appreciate that. Hey, maybe they can join in.
Orrrr til Mikey gets sick of not seeing his wife, cracks under the stress, and quits the band. It could happen - these guys are human. They have loved ones, they like cuddling up in bed with them without having everyone else know that they are. I mean, how must Mikey feel when he hears that he's the reason for the "collapse of the fandom".
The Alicia hate makes me sad - she seems like such a sweet girl. I swear it all boils down to being jealous that they'll never have a chance with Mikey. She represents all they want to be.
I mean - I've never seen all five members of MCR play together, but did I chuck a bitchfit about Frank not doing the Australian tour? No, I realised that they need time off.
