it's not the exact coloring but it's very close.

6 Steps
involves selective coloring, not translatable
I will post a .PSD if enough people ask for it.
Otherwise just follow this tut, it's not that complicated. fairly simple.
enjoy. :)

step 1: (optional) Create a selective coloring layer with the following settings
REDS: -15 +5 +5  0
YELLOWS: +10 +10 +10 0
NEUTRALS: +10 -10 -10 +1

step 2: Create a channel mixer layer with the following settings
RED: +150 -55 +10
GREEN: +5 +105 +5
BLUE: -40 +90 +80

step 3: Create another selective coloring layer with the following settings
REDS: -50 +20 +50 +50
YELLOWS: +15 -16 +5 +5
WHITES: +35 -50 -30 -10
NEUTRALS: +15 +5 -15 +5

step 4: Create a color fill layer, fill it with 381F0F, set it to exclusion 60%

step 5: Create another color fill layer, fill it with DBC8C7, set it to soft light 20%

step 6: Add a Contrast/Brightness layer
             brightness: +2
              contrast: +6

AND YOU'RE DONE!
remember that you might need to play with settings, opacities, and such, depending on your base
comments are appreciated
