Carpet...not for munching
We are getting carpet installed in our basement today. This is excellent as it will become a functioning addition to the house. The only thing missing now is doors, toilet, steam shower, sink, furniture, home theater. Although the fore mentioned items are not yet installed they are all part of the master plan.
The Brick is delivering a new bed for the basement of Sunday. I generally don't do any shopping at The Brick as most of the furniture looks like or is in fact crap. But, the mattress prices are good, and because we picked up this nice Sealy, we get a 20" Flat Screen Electrohome TV, Sealy bathrobe and Sealy plush sheep slippers. I expect the slippers will out last the TV. I think the only reason we actually bought this mattress is because Janet wanted the slippers. Makes sense to me, spend a grand to get $5 slippers.
