I downloaded the whole thing. Thanks. Also, I love that picture of Suzie on the EP cover.

Thank you! I hope you enjoy. I have to agree and say that the cap of Suzie smiling is probably my favorite one of her from the show (so far). Oh, Suzie!

Anyway, happy listening!

Dude. Dude.

I haven't even been able to download this yet *pokes laptop into going faster, damn it* but you're starting it off with one of my favourite Bright Eyes songs and just for that, I will love you even more than I did before.

I love these EPs, much more than regular fanmixes. I don't know why. The idea of a side A and B and limited number of songs make it balance out better in my mind, maybe?

Either way, *draws your name in her notebook and surrounds it with sparkly hearts* <3.

Dude. DUDE!

*pokes laptop, too* I love you. No, really. That song was one of the last ones to make it, and when it finally worked into the rotation, I couldn't help but wonder why it hadn't always been there. Tru fax.

And now I'm going to put on the SRS MIX TALK HAT for a moment. I'm in love with making double EPs right now because it requires the maker to be much more judicious in deciding what stays and what goes. Both of the ones I've done so far have gone through about 5 incarnations before they were just right. It also allows for a way to tell a story without showing everything, which you know how I feel about that. So, yeah. There are no filler songs. And that's why I'm going to keep making them this way for a while. ;)

Now that was long and rambly. Eeek! (Pssst! Save some sparkly-ness for after the next project, too. Boxed set. Oh yes. We'll see how much of a twitch I have after finishing that.)

It is PERFECT. But then again, my love for Conor Oberst knows little to no bounds.

YES. That is exactly why I love your EPs. Only, you know. More eloquently put than I would have *g*. I'm delighted to find out there is more shiny to come! I will save some of my sparkly pen for when you're done, then.

*off to akshually listen now*

That's not such a bad thing, you know.

You flatter me, bb. Now go and listen and immerse and try and figure out why it took so long for you to have a Battles song. :D

Oh that's lovely, am downloading. I do love your header, it makes me ache for the old gothtard haha.

Thank you, on both fronts! I am feeling all nostalgic for the complete and total asshattery of Shamu, the Gothtard. Hopefully there will be some equally ridiculous incarnation that's not Mr. Rodgers' Frankenstein by the time of the next album.

Happy listening! (The icon that you used is positively gorgeous. Oh, little lamb!Ianto going to the slaughter...)

I miss that silly bastard, I do! I'm tempted to look up one of his interviews and relive the lol's.

And great mix...and thanks!

I hear you with that. It's so very tempting to find ones where he and Paul are fighting with each other.

Thanks! Glad to hear that.

Downloading it now - i have to say I love the fact that you use sides.

And Indira was in the first two episodes of Bones this week - she looked so stunning.

Mwah! Thanks, bb. It's an exercise in fun. *nods* Plus, I like having there be some mostly unidentified fulcrum present.

I should probably watch a bit of Bones, yeah? (I have to admit that I got completely and totally sucked in by the House marathon that was on yesterday.) She was also in an episode of Criminal Intent in the season that just wrapped and looked smashing. Come back for one more appearance, please?
