...Others are just really drunk. There's a rather impressive storm out there tonight. It's a bit early for Rita's leftovers, so I expect it's just the usual Minnesota fall thunderstorm. This does not explain why I noticed a group of people trying to march in formation up the Evans Access Road in the rain at 1:00 in the morning singing Lion King songs way off key. I expect alcohol probably explains that...
