Update the rules.
Can we please get an updated set of rules complete so we can update the userinfo? When I reject posts I get messages like "well, it wasn't in the rules". I know it must be a bugger for the rest of the mods to have to explain the rule update situation.
The following have already been agreed upon/clarified by most people. If we can get an official list together and email it to Ellie, all she'll have to do is copy/paste and it'll be all done.
Feel free to add to these/take away/etc. Once we get a general census I'll contact Ellie
1. Don't advertise.
Includes, but is not limited to: Communities, eBay/auction links, and personal merch selling.
2. Everyone likes privacy, so don't post anything that would invade that band's private life.
Phone numbers, girlfriends/wives, where they live, stalker videos/photos, personal photos,etc.
3. Check back entries to prevent repeating information.
4. Behaviour.
Check your flaily hormones and drama at the door, thanks.
5. No graphics or off topic posts.
Icons, backgrounds, layouts, etc.
6. Don't bother with useless posts.
No one cares that you saw a tv show where someone wore a jacket that vaguely looks like The Black Parade or that you need to trade your show ticket.
7. Rumors? Yeah, don't post them here.
