Yep... on the first floor (half-underground, but enough ABOVE ground to have normal windows). I wanted third floor, BUT, by the time I applied, this was all they had. Its actually not bad for noise. I did wake up to the people above me SCREAAMING at each other the other morning. They also have a toddler that cries occasionally... but not anything bad AT ALL. I guess that is coming from a person who's last residence included 2 grandparents who frequently had their friends over to argue loudly about who was cheating during the current card game (lol, I love my grandparents). I'm supposed to be on the wait-list to move into the first 3rd floor one bedroom available, but apparently I'm getting a piano soon, so I may as well stay where I am since it isn't bad. Only the occasional bug (EEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!)... some fat ugly beetle crawled into my apartment under the door and I had to look it up online to make sure a neighbor's roach wasn't paying a visit, lol. I FLIPPED OUT! It ended up being a common ground beetle but man... I was like "I don't want to live here anymore ***que welling tears here***". I'm such a baby.
