Well shit, I really am behind
So the dress shop called today and told me they ordered my dress. Since it was not in stock, they placed a rush order (for an extra fifty bucks) on my dress since without a rush order it would take more than 12 weeks. Since they have to make my dress especially, since lots of my particular dress are not on the dockett, and they have to reset the machines and all of that just for me, I can expect my dress to be shipped May 1st.
For those of you keeping score at home, twelve weeks from now is April 17th. Which makes May 2nd 14 weeks. According to the shop, the designer said that if I didn't have it rushed, I wouldn't get it until mid-June, before alterations. Though I have heard this is often the case with Maggie dresses.
If all goes according to plan, the dress should get to the shop by the 9th, and alterations can be done shortly after that, so I have a chance of having my dress by June 1st. So much for timely bridal portraits.
And since this has opened my eyes, the other major things are DEFINITELY going to be done THIS WEEK!

On the upside, I have started my massive diet. Hopefully I can look decent by the wedding.
