I just love Monday's...fresh start to the week. I' doing pretty well, it's 12 and I have not ate anything. I'll have some green tea later for some energy, but I'll be fasting today due to eating like a normal person would yesterday. I don't think it effected my weight that much...it's just the thought of it.
I'm going to keep myself busy through out the day to avoid the thought of foods. I think I'll start by pampering myself in a lavender bubble bath. Then touch up my nails....yes that would make me feel better and distract me :)
I will however, have to try and trick my hubby into thinking I'm eating.
as for exercise;
yoga and stretching
