I'm volunteering in Tanzania this summer!!!
Hey Everyone!
I wanted to let you all know that I will be in Arusha, Tanzania this summer teaching AIDS education to students and children in rural communities. The non-profit I'm working with is called Support for International Change (SIC). They are very well established in Arusha and are not one of those NGOs that drops into an area for a little bit and then leaves. They are committed to a sustainable community led program.
Because they are a non-profit I have to pay a program fee that covers my cost of living and also pay for the flight over there. The total is about $4500 (the flight is so expensive!) and could really use some help! Any amount helps immensely. $5 will pay for all my meals for a day!
