driving re-tests should be made mandatory every 10 years. there are way too many people who:
-forget how to merge, and if you're trying to merge at 40mph you might as well be asking for the accident of a lifetime.
-forget the rules on who gets to go when at a four-way.
-and how to stay going 60 while talking on the phone.
i sure hope that the new driving while talking on your phone tickets make a difference. if you dont know how to drive in the first place and chattin it up makes it harder, take the fucking bus. bad drivers make my morning wayyy more stressful than it really has to be.
OH! and blinkers people. use them.
