The guitar hero game has been beaten at my residence, and some peace and quiet has returned. Thank God. John being laid up here for two days last weekend didn't help anything, JOhn and Jason just played and played and played. If you don't know what Guitar Hero is yet, you should go find it. It's a game for playstation 2 that really is kind of fun, especially for musicians, the way that Donkey Konga is on gamecube. It's a rhythm/coordination kind of thing, like karoake for guiatarists, although you don't need to know anything about guitar to do it. All the songs have been beaten on the expert level, thank God, and we can go on to other things.
I have another dance competition next Sunday. Usually we only compete once in the fall and once in the spring, and I get a high silver on my solo and I'm content. Now Lisa is thinking that since this other one is coming through Lowell, I should do it. So we'll see. Not having rehearsed my dance in a month probably won't help my chances of breaking through to that gold medal, but we'll see what happens.
I am trying like hell to avoid the television right now so that I don't see any of 24. J and I just started season three tonight, and I don't want to see what happens. We'll try to get through it quick though.
