3 funny stories plus
I have this whole week off! It's planned to the hilt, of course, but not the sort of plans that make me cry. This past Thursday, for instance, was planned to the hilt, and I cried all day. Today's sort of plans involve tanning, drinking, and shopping. No crying, hopefully.
Funny story #1:
I was running out of gas last night, but I made it home alright. So first thing on the list this morning was put gas in my car. Okay, so I get in the car and make it about halfway up the hill out of the driveway before the car just plain stops going. Then about three cars come up behind me from my apartment building who all want to get to the street, but I'm totally in their way and can't move. So I put the car in neutral, thinking to at least pull over to the side of the hill. But the car rolls backwards instead, so I just shut it off completely and what else? call Jason. So he fixed it somehow.
Funny Story #2:
I talked to Dan Kinsman on the phone today. It was great.
Funny Story #3:
My friend Rick, a science teacher at my school, saw me yesterday morning in the halls and I said, "Good morning!" and he said, "Good morning, cutie!". Then the sophomore in front of him turns around and says, "Excuse me?" and he has to say, "Oh no, not you, I was talking to Ms Martin."
Wicked professional.
