I got a new Job !!
I turned in my notice to my sexist pig boss last week. Woohoo !
I am finally leaving this terrible place !
I got a job working for St. Joseph's Hospital in Atlanta. I'll be working in the CEO's office in the credentialing department. I am not quite sure what all my duties will be, but I know that I will be working very closely with the doctors that practice at the hospital, and building a database using Access. This I am nervous about, I haven't used that program in AGES.
Anyhow, I'm muy excited that I finally got into the field of my choice. Its nothing I have ever done before and will be something new. I like new things, in general, but I'm a little bit nervous b/c its something totally outside of my comfort zone.
In other news, I graduate w/ my associates in only FIVE weeks :) Yay ! I know its ONLY an associates degree, but its a milestone, and I've worked VERY hard to maintain my 4.0 average. I hope I can maintain it in the bachelors program. I start that the day after graduation. It shouldn't be that hard b/c O has already taken these classes, so I know what to expect :) I should be done in a little more than a year. I cannot wait to be done.
I started working out again recently . I joined the Bodyplex gym near my house and have been taking classes - yoga, dance, and body pump which is a weights class. I hope I can lose a little bit of this flab and tone up in time for summer. I"m soooo sore today, so I don't know if I'll make it class tonight. Ugh. I hurt !
