Title: Ten Nights and a Day Fandom: Supernatural Pairing: Dean/Castiel Rating: mild R Category: First Time Length: ~1,700 words Summary: The apocalypse is over and Dean dreams.
In my head, they head back to Bobby's, though they take their time getting there. It's important that they test the beds in each motel where they stay as thoroughly as possible.
When they get to Bobby's, Dean tells him Cas is human, but doesn't tell him about the two of them. Of course, Dean and Cas sleep in the same bed.
The next morning, Bobby confronts Dean. He wants to know what Dean thinks he's doing, since never manages to have a relationship last beyond a couple of weeks.
There's some back and forth, and Dean finally manages to convince Bobby Cas is different.
I'm watching "The End" right now. Future Cas is just-- //flails//
I hadn't thought about it, but you're right about the hesitancy. Kissing he's unsure of, but loving Dean that's not even a question.
I was wondering, would you be willing to look at the third (and theoretically final) story in the How Sam Winchester learned Things a Brother Shouldn't Know trilogy? I'd love your opinion on it. I've had to rewrite the last scene a few times and I'm still not sure about it.
I love to look at it :D *\o/* (Sorry for the late reply on this one, I've been in London and have only been checking online sporadically.) Send it on over and I'll grab it when I come in from work tomorrow :D
And 2014!Cas is totally *flails* "I like past you..."

I hadn't thought about it until you said it, but fallen Cas fic usually depresses me, too.
