Music...
I've been listening to lots of music lately.
Really enjoying Sade's new Album. Her voice is so.... smooth and lovely. Honestly, I adore her freckles too. She is lovely.
Listening to Lady Gaga too. (YES! I know lots of people hate here... kiss my ass I don't give a damn, I know just how hard it is to dance and sing live and still sound good and it all comes from that tiny little girl.)
Beatles... always, always.. my loves. The Viking bought me the Beatles Rock band game with the drum kit and Paul's bass for my birthday. And the remastered collection (all their albums!) for Christmas.
Love the game but it would be much more fun if I had friends. LOL
However, I have learned a few things: that I really DO know the Beatles' songs, I cannot play guitar and sing, nor do I have rhythm to play the drums properly... so I'm pretty much just good for singing. Which wouldn't be bad if I was cute and pretty and someone that people would want to look at. LOL
Pete Yorn's got me interested in a few things. Like a song or two that he did with Scarlet Johanson (sp?). But I've heard the album it was inspired by so I knew what it was going into it.
The Viking bought some music that's a little louder than my normal. But it's not bad. He found the band via a video game. PS3's Borderlands. 'Cage the Elephant' is the name of the Band. But he bought the CD after hearing the music so much while he played.
Looking for more new music lately. All sorts. Things for every mood.
