fuck michigan and its snow this weekend. it totally ruined my friday, saturday and sunday. explain to me how we can go from 80 degree weather to like -100 back to 60. wtf.
anyways, joe found this bad ass 1500sq ft house in warren, and his dads going to view it today to give the "OKAY" and if that works out, joe will put a bid in and hopefully get it. it needs alotta fixin up tho! arrrr. joe gets his grandmas kitchen appliances, kitchen table, washer, dryer and recliner.
..and for all of you who dont know, joes grandma passed away a week ago today. poor edna. ill miss her. and joes dog lady got put to sleep 2 weeks ago today. so its been a rough month.
