Wow, I haven't actually posted in here for over a month, altho I did make an entry in the community yesterday. Basically just telling you all to watch the Making of the Video for "Goodbye To You" which, by the way, if you missed it, it repeats tonight at 7:30!
Since I finished up the radio tour last month, I've been back in the studio recording my follow up album, which I hope you all will love and enjoy muchly. -grins- I've been enjoying the little bit of down time, the days where I'm not in the studio, and the label doesn't have something planned for me to do that day. It's so refreshing, after all, we all need at least a day here and there to ourselves.
So, those of you who watched Making the Video on GTY, what'd you think of the prank the director played on me? It was soo harsh. I swear, I was going to just have a breakdown right there. To think they could do such a horrid thing.
For those of you who didn't watch, I'll tell you what I'm talking about. During the shooting of the video, I was teasing the director about his love of "Groundhog Day" and how he claims it's the best movie off all time. So to get me back he planned this mean prank. He had this all planned out. He had one of the guys run the guitar out to where I was, after yelling for a few minutes, and acting like he was all upset. All part of the plan... Anyways, when the guy got close enough to me, he tripped, in turn, smashing the guitar. I swear to go, when I saw it happen, I was ready to have a nervous breakdown, that way my baby, the guitar I've had for the past 4 years, my pride and joy. Yes you could even hear me call him an ass. He's lucky it wasn't my Taylor guitar, or I'd have fired him soo quickly.
-stretches- Thursday I'm supposed to be on TRL. -grins- That'll be alot of fun. Especially standing at the window and waving down to everyone in Times Square. I love seeing all the fans that come out to support me. And then Friday I'm on Good Morning America performing a few songs. Even more fan -grins-
Anyways, this is where I cut the update short -laughs- I'm in need of some food, and something to drink, so yeah. I hope that you all leave nice comments to me, and talk to me one of these days -laughs- I'm back for good, and I'm not going anywhere.
