I would just like to say that "Trauma Center: Second Opinion" for Wii is THE best game....ever. Like, for serious.

what kinda game is it? action, RPG?

It's like an RPG, sort of. It has a set story line, but you are a surgeon and you do all the operations, but you don't get to choose the storyline.
