First of all, I sincerely hope that everyone is aware of what has been happening on LJ lately, more specifically, what has been happening in fandom on LJ. This post will make little sense otherwise. If you have not heard about this latest Strikethrough (that isn't really a Strikethrough, those mothertrucking cunts), I'll C&P some of my latest entries in my personal journal to help you understand. If you don't know what I mean by "Strikethrough," it is time for you to do some research.
It's time for a change.
LiveJournal has been jerking us around for far too long, and it's high time that they were honest with its users about its policies.
If you feel that action is needed to get LJ to hear its users and respond to our many requests for a more detailed ToS and definitive outline of their policies,
read this letter - if you agree with it, add your signature.
When I went to that entry, there were 23 pages of comments. By the time I finished reading the letter and went to sign it, my signature ended up on page 25. People are quickly coming together to try to get LJ/6A to give us long-awaited answers - will you join us?
(I have cross-posted this to my personal journal; if you sign the letter, please post a link to it in your personal journal and any others you may have. We need to spread the word so that we can really make an impact with LJ/6A with the amount of names on the letter.)
