So, I haven't really posted about school, and whatever, but today was crazy.
So I go to modern this morning (I know, dance class on friday morning, anyway) and somehow on my way to the floor to start class, I pull a lower abdominal muscle. fuck. The class is amazing and I really love it, but today was more painful than usual, due to sharp intense pain anytime I did ANYTHING.
Now anytime I sneeze or do anything I have shooting pain. Awesome. Come on Icy Hot, do your trick.
