CHICAGO!
Wednesday was the day i left for chicago. the buses were like an hour late so we didn't left really late causing us to miss our first museum the next morning and put us in chicago late. the first thing we did was thie "magnificent Mile" it was like a mile of shopping. i bought this really cute skirt but it was too small. it was very upsetting. after an hour and a half of shopping we went back to the hotel, which messed up our room situation so we were stuck waiting around for a long time, which put us a little bit behind on going out to eat. we went to rainforest Cafe and it was fun..i was so rushed eating because everything came out in like a total of 5 minutes. we were standing outside getting ready to leave and this black woman comes up to brandon and james and shines their shoes and then charges then 5$ a shoe. they both hand her a 20 and expect change but she runs off with the money. it was funny. after that we went to the SEARS tower. it was cool. i took a picture of nikki french kissing a picture of michael jordan. lol. then we went to the comedy sports club.. it was like "who's line is it anyway" it was really funny. they asked for a volunteer to tell them about their day. well brandon goes up and tells them about his day and then they act it out. and there are 2 girls who are acting out me and nikki and it was really funny. went back to the hotel and went to sleep.
friday we had to wake up at like 7:30 and go downstairs for breakfast. we left the hotel at like 9 - 930 and we went to the field museum for about an hour. then went to an aquarium and i saw a whale! it was pretty cool. then we went to the navy pier and ate. i ate with a bunch of people at Bubba Gumps Shrimp Restaurant. it was pretty cool. our waitor would ask us questions and stuff about the forrest gump movie. that night we went to go perform. and we actually did very well. after we left the bus drivers called a wendy's and told them to open up so that we could come eat. then we went back to the hotel and went to sleep.
saturday we went to six flags.. the best part of the whole trip. i had alot of fun. i hung out with nikki, brandon, sean, matt, and a bunch of other people. i had alot of fun hanging out with them. after six flags there was an awards ceremony for us and we got 1st place for wind ensemble and symphonic band. we left after that and stopped at a Old Country Bufet. it was alright. we left and i fell asleep for like 2 hours and woke up to a really loud TV, loud people, and my phone vibrating. i woke up grumpy. who wouldn't. but anyways. i didn't go back to sleep until way later and didn't sleep good at all. i woke up this morning and we were stopped at a McDonalds.. after i fell back asleep and slept till about 11 and then i stayed up for about an hour and then slept again till about 3 or 330. then we got home. and i was very happy to get off the bus.. so now i'm going to go get in my bed and go to sleep because i'm tired
