A/N: Written for the fairy tale prompt at st_respect for Team chulu This story is loosely based off a Russian fairy tale called, fittingly enough, The Flying Ship. The characters belong to Star Trek, the riddle belongs to Tolkien. This was betaed by the brilliant burntace_skins and all remaining errors are totally my own.
