goodbye, blue Monday!
It's a miracle that no matter how bad the situation outside the kitchen, getting my hands on food helps keep me centered, or at least sane.
New guy started today and will be JUST fine. I am, however, putting off the week off until the week after next. Still need a prep cook. I wish I could have M back, the stupid brat. Saw him outside his mom's house (I guess he lives there again) when I was walking home. He's asked to come back to work for me. I wish I could have him back. I'm wondering if there's a way around having fired him. *shrug* I doubt the boss would go for it. Fired has to mean fired.
