Ok well some would say I was always a little off, but in this case I have the weekend off. In fact I have three days off. Important note, I have not had a weekend off all summer. I will have to look at the recipes for both, not sure. I will have the recipes back monday or tuesday and will let you know. Sorry have not memorized them yet. :P

Two soups
Veg and chef's choice

Hey, does "chef's choice" mean the same thing in the restaurant biz as it does in catering? (Clean out the fridge and add any appropriate leftovers to the soup.)

Actually no, at least not in our kitche,we are planning to mabe do a different type of soup each day of the week. I have seen places where that is so, and when we make veg soup we sometimes pull out the day old veg and use it.

So no leftovers will be harmed in the making of the soup.
