Well the interview went well. And several hours later I had a job. Will be starting on Friday at the Commodore Hotel in Cobh. Currently a two star restaurant that is working on getting its third star. They do five starters, five main courses, and five desserts daily.

Should be interesting and I am excited to be working there and to be working again.
