I love work this early in the morning when there is really no one here. It is quiet and no one is here to disturb you. There is really a calmness, calm before the storm I guess. The other part of the day I enjoy is around lunch time, when me and some of the other chefs and supervisors who I share my office with are all in here together, this is where I get my best laugh of the day. One of the guys I work with has this really perverted and sick sense of humor, makes for quite an interesting afternoon.
The end of the day will be a little sad, because Jennifer, who is a manager in training is going to another area. It will be in the same building just a different department. That sort of leaves me as the only woman in the office, in my area any way. Hopefully she will be able to come have lunch occassionally.
