Today was the first regular run. As some of the coaches were helping with the 2nd registration session, there were less coaches to go on the actual runs, so we had only 1 coach instead of 2 or 3. As my time group got ready to go, the coach asked who in the group had done the program before. Since I was the only one, she asked if I would mind running "sweeper" (basically run at the back and try to help keep everyone together; on longer runs this person(s) often walks with people who encounter problems or pains and have to stop and walk but this is rare). It was kind of fun. :) Then after the run I showed her how to work her GPS tracker that another coach had loaned her since I have the same one.
