So....
Here's the specs on my new job.
I'm working on the line, at this super sick new restaurant downtown. The 3 dudes above me (which are the Sous Chefs, no Executive Chef, it's more like a collaborative culinary team) are all super cool. One if them is this big dude that's just whatever, the other is this guy that apprenticed under a French Master Chef for 3 years, and the other is my good friend Matt from high school and culinary school.
Also, I'll be working with Branden, which is sick as fuck.
So...I had a 2 hour long interview last night with these 3 dudes...2 HOURS...It was rad, they had me do fuckin knife cuts and draw plate diagrams...It was really really fuckin hardcore.
So I'm getting paid $2.00 more an hour there....But, here's the best part...They told me out of all the people that have applied I'm the most qualified to be the Pastry Chef...So after everything sorta calms down in like a month or so, they asked me to be the Pastry Chef...Fuckin ****BLING****
So, ya dude, I'm fuckin super super super happy...Finally, I can start kickin some real ass.
