why I like my dad
I think I am taking after my dad more and more. I like this for many reasons. It means that I am cool because my dad is cool. My dad knows all kinds of stuff about music, and I know lots of stuff about music, though some of it is different music than he knows. Also, my dad is a master of planning stuff, including huge tripps and entire summers worth of camps for my brother and I. I have been planning stuff pretty well, including a whole summer's worth of concerts and events. I have also managed to plan an event for maggie's birthday way in advance. What I am working on now is the most ambitious plan I have made yet. In june I am going to be in chicago for a family reunion. I plan to take maggie with me and use this as a oppertunity to visit some important sites in blues, like chess records and stuff if they are still there. Then I plan to make it to st louis for a few events, like touring the budwiser brewery, seeing a cardinals game and hopefully to see Chuck Berry, as I understand he still plays locally around there. There arent any tour dates set yet, nor does southwest schedule stuff that far in advance but I am working on it and I am proud.
