Well I was offered a job with another company, doing the same thing. They are going to give me more money, not a whole lot more but some more. the big things is that they will garantee me 40 hours a week. They also have a 401k and profit sharing. Productivity bonusses and a better truck. I told them I would take it but that I wanted to have it in writing before I gave my two weeks. It seems like a really good deal and I am taking Ryan with me and they are giving me something for that as well. I am very excited about it. I feel kinda bad about leaving Sherman and quick servant since they have given me so much but if they cant match the offer I have to think about what's best for me. I am a very loyal person and I dont do these things well. I am just gonna have to do it.
