(no subject)
Had lunch with three out of the four of my former co-workers from the RAB. Our old boss couldn't make it - she's out on maternity leave anyway, but her reason for not coming was a hair appointment. WTF, woman?! You have an infant. You're completely invisible to all around you anyway when that baby's around.
Anyway, it was SO nice to hang out with them again. I would be up for a standing lunch date every week if they would do it, but I don't want to suggest it because a) they're too busy and b)it would make me sound pathetic. I really miss them, though.
I told them we should just jump ship and form that ad agency we're always talking about. I even came up with a way to finance the startup: we could do a reality show about the firm, like an advertising version of Ace of Cakes. Heck, I'd watch that show - wouldn't you?.
They told me to write up a treatment and get back to them. *grin*
