Avedon Month
I had the opportunity to see the Richard Avedon exhibit at the Museum at the International Center for Photography in NY. Presently in SF for a little R&R after a business trip in town and was informed that a museum would be on the agenda.
Lo and behold, mmhmm, Richard Avedon at the SFMOMA. Loved the show in NY, except for Penelope Tree (not sure what that's about), and although these appear to be portraiture I'm looking forward to it. Dinner plans at a jazz club then home tomorrow.
The weekend is jam packed with low key things, so I won't be hitting the bars, etc. Yes, I do realize that I'm here the week before Folsom, but I got my fix at Camp, so it's all good.
Looking forward to seeing the Pooch and the Little Man who informed me the last time I saw him "I'm not a baby. I'm a big boy." Hmm, so noted.
