A friend sent me this link today and it's great. I think i might just like the term "MonkeySphere." I guess to truly be good at customer service you have to incorporate every new person into your monkeysphere temporarily. Must not strangle idiot.. must not strangle idiot.. It's a decent mantra but it only helps for so long.
