Enough with the slacking!
So it's been a while since I've updated this thing. I haven't felt much like updating lately. I've actually had to go back through my photos to see what I've been up to this year, things kind of blend together.
Lets see, I spent New Year's Eve with my friend Lily and her family. They tried to teach me how to play Canasta. I say tried because I'm not very good at it and they're pretty ruthless! It was fun though.
I've been to two Dr Theopolis shows this year, both were good times. One at Sabala's in January and one on the day before St. Patty's.
Actually I feel as though I've been out dancing more times this year than I have for the last five years combined. :P Part of that has to do with Bollywood night at the Fez on the last Saturday of the month and then another Bollywood night at the Holocene on the first Saturday of each month. I've been going out to those with Debbie. It's crazy amounts of fun and an excellent workout! This last weekend DJ Tigerstyle was there and it rocked crazy hard. :)
Lets seeee.. The annual company holiday party was good times. There was a Mardi Gras theme...
Oh yeah, that was fun. :)
My sister came up to Portland to visit, we went to a number of galleries on First Thursday in March. We went to OMSI too. :) Super fun. :D
I was attacked by a giant rubber anaconda... Well, perhaps I was the one doing the attacking but sadly I lost the battle. We also did a little dancing at the Amazong Voyage stage...
Heh heh heh. So much fun. :)
I've taken a number of photos of flowers this year though unfortunately I haven't had any great sunny weekend days that I've been able to get out and take good pics. Lots of working, some vacationing. I'm currently reading the last book of the Lemony Snicket's "Series of Unfortunate Events." I've enjoyed reading them quite a bit. :)
Ok, It's pretty busy at work today so I need to stop doing the non-work related stuff and get some things done. I shall leave you with this one last little video.
