Sunday = squat day

Squats: 120 lbs, 5x5 (then ran out of time at the gym)

Monday = tummy trouble.  I'll spare y'all the TMI other than to say it would not have been a good idea to go to the gym.

Tuesday = cardio
10 min HIIT on the elliptical (manual, because the machine didn't have an adequate interval program)

Wednesday = front squats

Front squats: 75 lbs, 5x5 (was feeling weak before, during and after workout)
