OMG, I actually worked out last night. At the Rec. [And, yea, my locker was up for renewal so I took care of that.]
The numbers are teensy, but it's a good step in the right direction after a major flare up, the stomach bug, and all the annoying pulled quad nonsense from soccer. I'm sore today, as well, but in a good way.
Squats: 95 lbs, 5x5 (majorly unstable, but decent form)
Leg Press: 90 lbs, 3x10
Cardio: 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down on elliptical
TMI: I don't know if it's a coincidence or anything but squat workouts always seem to help me recover from "stomach issues." Behold! The mighty power of the squat!
Short Term Goal: to do squats a min of once a week. While the Rec is closed (2 weeks every Dec) I'll do front squats.
