...I don't want an amoral, corporate-bought, dihonorable ass-hole like you as my Senator. I want Jim Martin. I wish I could've had the time and ability to vote today so Jim Martin could';ve been one vote closer to winning that Senate seat he so deserves, but I had classes. This makes me sad. But at least there's 2010...
But one good thing about the Georgia run-offs, however, is that a runoff election actually occured, with the original ballots being too close to call between Martin and Chambliss. This could very well mean that Georgia could possibly trend Democratically in the future.
Oh well. In the mean time, there'll be an open seat for Georgia Senate in 2010. Hopefully Martin will run again, and maybe even win that time around.
