tealoaf, cake, bacon, welsh cakes, icing...
So I'm quite excited about my Pudsey Cake. I have pics on my phone but I've lost the cable to connect it... not sure where that went. So I'm afraid you can't have pics yet.
the pudsey-cake is chocolate, the Tealoaf was for random eating. I took it to Chaplaincy since Thursday is Cake Day and explained about Marital Discord - E ate some and said 'I can see why this coould break up a marriage!'
so... hopefully that was praise...
Bacon was also at chaplaincy (er..we'd like to make that interfaith but bacon is just too TASTY to be substituted for anything else)
I was going to make Pudsey out of a cookie (like a gingerbread man) but I was running out of time so I made him out of Welsh Cakes (without the sultanas) and iced his face (tho he looks a bit more pirate-y than I'd like)
the caramel chips turned out to be chocolate button shaped not chocolate chip shaped but hopefully they'll get the idea.
And then I had to make a box to transport it in as my tupperwares are too small.
Other things happening?
well I have got some work to do but baking has taken up the last two nights...luckily I'm not going away this weekend so I can do something then! (hopefully)
