I will say at the top that I ditched out on Chi Kung and Tai Chi this evening, but it's important to know that it was still 97 and a half fahrenheit at 6pm, so it's likely I would have imploded if I did anything after walking home with a backpack full of crap.
That said...
Breakfast:
I had forgotten to buy Up & Go, and it was too hot for coffee, so I went with
Multivitamin
Ham & Cheese Croissant
Caramel Crunch Ice Storm (frozen coffee with whipped cream, a bunch of caramel flavouring and crumbled up biscotti)
Lunch:
There is basically no excuse for McDonalds, but I did it...
Triple Cheeseburger with Bacon
6 Chicken Nuggets
Large Fries
Large Sprite
(The trick is to remove the pickles and replace them with nuggets and fries)
Dinner:
Salad! (except I may have gotten a pre-made salad and added cheese, bacon bits, kabana & salsa to it)
1L Coke Zero
