Writing: Yesterday, I bought one of the most amazing books I have ever read. "Story of A Girl" by Sara Zarr. It was simply amazing. I stayed up until like 6am reading it, and finished it today. It was so sad, and so realistic....which added to the depressing tone. All of my emotions about someone were portrayed in that book...albeit my circumstances were much less dramatic and grim. It was comforting to know that somewhere out there another person was feeling the exact same way I was. And just like me, she didn't understand why....even if that girl was a fictional character. I wholeheartedly recommend this book. It's the first great book I have read in a long time even though the ending was slightly disappointing...but realistic. It just goes to show that once in awhile, a book can actually accurately portray life..how it leaves someone disappointed and hoping for a happier ending.
Side Note/Music: I signed up for Pandora yesterday. It's pretty fun. I like it lots.
P.S. California...on August 17th. Just...wow.
