POWJ!!!
wow. i never write in here anymore, especially not anything real pertaining to my day to day life. but for some reason, even though i should most definitely be in bed right now, i felt compelled to just relay the last 24 hours just for future reflection purposes since its been a crazy day. i've just finished up possibly the most amazing 10 days of my life and hopefully i'll feel compelled to write it all down soon so i dont forget it, but for now just the past day, midnight to midnight.

12am ~ on a new york city subway with kayla headed to our hotel on the upper west side of manhattan returning from seeing RENT onstage for the first time (and it just happened to be the first performance with adam pascal and anthony rapp returning to the roles they originated 10 years earlier, and tamayra gray from season 1 of american idol as mimi!)
1am ~ realize that all my shower stuff (including shampoo and whatnot) was thrown out, so i take a quick shower with the teeny tiny complementary bar of soap that the hotel provided us.
130am-4am ~ subway down to christopher street to hang out at the fat cat bar with will from tenessee and tim from london. played scrabble and lost. but not as bad as will. learned new words. and interesting things about bat vaginas and kangaroo testicles.
4am-5am ~ subway back to hotel to get our shit and taxi cap to laguardia airport
5am ~ our 6am flight is cancelled cause northwest is a bitch lately
530am-630am ~ listened to some stupid little girl's toy sing twinkle twinkle little star on repeat until someone shut her up.
729am-9am ~ slept for the entire plane ride (only sleep since 1pm the day before)
920am ~ picked up by jackie, saw scotts new apartment, had broccoli cheese soup in a sourdough breadbowl at panera.
1230pm ~ drop kayla off, play with russ-dawg, exchange pictures from trip
2pm-4pm ~ drive across state to allendale. ate a cinnimon bun.
5pm ~ leave for downtown class
6pm-920pm ~ statistics. grr.
930pm ~ go to meijer to replace shower stuff and buy "300"
1030pm ~ jimmy johns. mmmmm.
11pm-12am ~ talked to maria, beth, rich, etc. tired as fuck. shower probably.
so yeah. probably not all that entertaining to anyone else, but it was a pretty full day for me, lol. i miss nyc and chicago more than words could possibly express. and i need to not be on the computer anymore cause everything is starting to look pink. i'm not sure what that means, but most likely i just need sleep, since beth will be waking me up early. byebye.
