Cheung Chau

This is Cheung Chau (长州). Bustling with people, mainly seafood hunters from the city. There's a nice Dai Pai Dong (大排挡) selling the sweet cheechiongfan, with little snack stalls scattered along the street near the pier. A quaint town, with funny looking boulders, beaches, chalets and a mini great wall.

Just got some groceries from Kennedy Town, after several failed attempts to get my readings done. So far I have only managed eight pages. Eight fucking pages in one week! The sky is clear today, but not too warm. It feels a bit like Japan walking down Pokfield Road.

Today is a school holiday and tomorrow is my only school day of the week. And after that it will be illegitimate holiday until next week, I am really looking forward to Peking duck, Great Wall of China, Tiananmen and all the Jiaozi-s!

Before all of you think I am running all around and starting to hate me, it's not that rosy after all. There are times when I feel lonely, emo, sad, broke and miss home. It's just that I can't take a picture of all these and post it here. Back to my readings. Major SIGH!

Eagles in the dark
Feathers in the pages
Monkeys in my heart
Are rattling in their cages

Found the way to blue
Another ghost to follow
Said, it's only up to you
And that's the hardest pill to swallow
