Super sick woobie

Today is our 9 year anniversary and Alix is really sick. She has 3 different medications and still wakes up choking on whatever is filling her lungs. I have to pick up another prescription tonight on the way home to see if that will help. She has slept all weekend and seems to be getting worse each day. If things don't start to improve, I see a return trip to the Dr. soon. In the meantime, I have lost my motivation for Pirate Party which is this coming Saturday. It is Alix's self proclaimed annual birthday celebration and now I am doing it alone (which is ok, just a little overwhelming). I just need to bite the bullet and get started. I know Alix loves this stuff but she needs to get better or there will be no party.
