training at fullr ate, so of course i'm enjoying it ;)
so far, it's ok- it'll be escalations and mentoring, from what I can tell. Nick is still here, and WAY too many other people, still in call router, 2 years later. very odd :)

Escalations are my favorite, LOL. I don't let people escalate past me though. Mentoring will be good for you. I'm sure other people there will have a lot to learn from you.

I can't believe people are still there. I would have gone crazy. Doesn't help that I live in North Seattle now, so the commute would be hell....

LOL. I'm still on phones. But at SBUX, it's really easy...no real pissed off customers...no assholes....just quick questions and taking people's money. Plus, right now there is like 10-15 minutes between calls. Worries me for job security...LOL
